These Terms govern your use of this website and every order placed on it with Tavora Courtyard, a sole proprietorship trading online from Hyderabad, Telangana. There is no physical shop. Placing an order means you accept what follows.
1. Who you are dealing with
Tavora Courtyard supplies Reptile Supplies to customers in India only. Our correspondence address is Pillar # C1288, 7/A, Sardar Patel Rd, below TOY GLOBE, beside MOCHI, Rasoolpura, Paigah Colony, Begumpet, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500003, India and the only support channel is boutique@tavoracourtyard.shop. “We” and “us” mean that business; “you” means the person placing the order.
2. Using the site
You may browse, order and share our pages for personal or ordinary business use. You may not scrape the catalogue, resell our photography, order under a false identity, or use the site in a way that interferes with other customers. If you create an account, you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping the password private.
You confirm that the details you give at checkout — name, address, PIN code, phone and email — are true and current. Most failed deliveries trace back to a mistyped address.
3. Prices, currency and tax
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. As a small individual seller we operate below the GST registration threshold, so no separate GST is charged or collected and no GSTIN appears on your invoice. Delivery is free at ₹1,499 and above; below that a flat ₹69 is added and always shown before you pay.
4. How you can pay
By UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery, and by nothing else. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any third-party wallet, and we neither collect nor store card details of any kind.
5. Orders and our right to decline
Your order is an offer to buy; a contract exists once we confirm dispatch by email. Until then we may decline or cancel — short stock, a pricing error, unverifiable payment, a PIN code outside our courier network, or an address outside India. Anything paid is refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Safe use of heating equipment
Heaters, emitters, bulbs and controllers are sold for use in animal enclosures by a competent adult. Always pair a heat source with a thermostat rated for its wattage, follow the wiring and clearance instructions supplied with the item, and never run a damaged unit. We are not liable for loss arising from equipment used outside its stated rating, modified, or run without temperature control.
7. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Dispatch, transit and charges are on the Shipping Policy page. Cancellation before dispatch is free and covered by the Cancellation Policy. Returns run for 10 days from delivery under the Refund & Returns Policy, with refunds within 7 business days. Those pages form part of these Terms.
8. Product descriptions
We state wattage, dimensions, coverage and materials as accurately as we can and photograph what we ship. Screens render wood and substrate colour differently. Where a listing carries an error we correct it, and you may cancel any affected order for a full refund.
9. Intellectual property
The text, layout, photography and logo on this site belong to Tavora Courtyard and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Where a listing states a wattage, fitting size or industry-standard format, that is a description of the product and not a claim of association with any other company.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and the goods are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Tavora Courtyard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost data or business interruption — whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Privacy and data
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, which follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000).
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. No foreign law applies to your order.
