Heat mats, ceramic emitters, glass gauges and controller boxes all travel badly if they are thrown in a bag, so every Tavora Courtyard order leaves Hyderabad, Telangana double-boxed with the electronics wrapped separately from the wood and moss. This page covers dispatch, transit and cost.

What delivery costs

  • Free on orders of ₹1,499 and above.
  • Flat ₹69 below that — one charge for the whole basket, not per item.
  • No packaging, handling or fuel surcharge is added at any point.

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day start packing the same day. We hand parcels to the courier within 1–2 business days, shipping Monday to Saturday. Glass thermometers, ceramic emitters and lamp fixtures are bench-tested and re-padded before they go out, which is the reason we quote a window rather than a single day.

Transit time

After dispatch, transit is normally 3–8 business days — metro addresses at the 3–5 business days end, the rest of India at 5–8 business days. Including handling, most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of confirmation. We ship with Delhivery / XpressBees. Remote and hill PIN codes can add a day or two.

Where we ship

Within India only. We do not ship internationally; an order with an address outside India is cancelled and refunded in full. If a PIN code is outside the courier network, checkout tells you before you pay.

Payment at delivery

Pay by UPI in advance or choose Cash on Delivery and settle with the courier. COD is available on most serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge; a few remote locations are prepaid-only and checkout says so.

Tracking

A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment your parcel ships. If tracking has not moved for more than 48 hours, tell us and we chase the courier — you should not have to.

Damage in transit

Film yourself opening the box if the carton looks crushed. With that clip we replace or refund damaged, wrong or missing items at no shipping cost to you. Details are on the Refund & Returns page.
