Two ways to pay, nothing stored, no surprise line at checkout. This page explains both options at Tavora Courtyard and how refunds travel back.

The two options

UPI (prepaid) and Cash on Delivery. Both appear at checkout wherever your PIN code is serviceable, and neither carries a processing fee. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.

Paying by UPI

Choose UPI and approve the collect request in whichever app you already use — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. Confirmation takes seconds and the order goes into packing. Your UPI PIN and bank credentials stay inside your own app and never reach this website.

Paying cash on delivery

Select Cash on Delivery and pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Correct change speeds the handover up, particularly on larger controller or misting-system orders. COD is free on serviceable PIN codes; a small number of remote locations are prepaid-only and checkout says so before you commit.

What we do not accept

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any third-party wallet other than UPI — no such option exists at checkout, and we never store card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials of any kind. If a page, call or message asks you to pay another way, it is not us; treat it as fraudulent and tell us.

Tax and invoicing

Tavora Courtyard is a small individual seller operating below the GST registration threshold, so no separate GST is charged or collected and no GSTIN appears on your invoice. The price shown is the price you pay, plus the delivery fee where one applies.

Delivery charge at checkout

Orders of ₹1,499 and above ship free. Below that a flat ₹69 is added and shown on the payment screen before you confirm — never after.

How refunds come back

Approved refunds return to the original UPI account; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate. Cancellation refunds take 5 to 7 business days; refunds after a return take 7 business days. Both follow Reserve Bank of India guidance for online refunds.
